Matt Lucas is a Sydney based drummer who has been playing for 20 years. Matt has studied under some of the best drum players and teachers in Australia including: Mitch Farmer, David Jones, Andrew Gander and Dave plenty.
Over the years Matt has played in numerous live settings, in recording studios and on T.V. Although based in Sydney, Matt is available for recordings, concerts and tours with artists out of Sydney and interstate.
In 1999, Matt started the Rhythm Magic School of Drumming, which has become one of Western Sydney's most respected drum schools. Matt works in primary and secondary schools as well as teaching private lessons at his studio in Emu Heights.
